We can do this.
Saubel Financial Group is an independent financial planning firm.
SAUBEL FINANCIAL GROUP is an independent, fee-based Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm established in 2024. We are here to empower you with our independent, fiduciary financial planning and wealth management services using modern solutions and technology.
THE LANDSCAPE OF FINANCIAL SERVICES has drastically changed over the past 10 years. You have more access to markets and more low-cost and no-cost trading options than ever before. That being said, many firms and platforms still use the old technology and cost models.
BABY BOOMERS hold half the nation’s wealth, and the average age of a financial advisor is 51 to 55 years old. Just under 40% of those advisors plan to retire in the next 10 years. We are certified and qualified professionals, here to help you now and through the future.

President & Owner, Saubel Financial Group
CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, RICP®, ChSNC®, CAP®, CLTC®
Adam Saubel has been recognized as one of the youngest professionals ever to complete many of his certifications and designations. As a lifetime learner, Adam continues to grow alongside his clients as he offers them the highest level of expertise in complex planning scenarios.
Education
Adam earned a B.S. in business and economics from Elizabethtown College in 2017 and became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) in 2019.
CFP® Certification
CFP® professionals meet rigorous education, training and ethical standards. The certification is recognized as the highest standard in personal financial planning. Less than 25% of practicing financial advisors in the industry claim this distinction. Adam is just one of 6.2% of CFP® professionals under the age of 30.
Focus & Certification for Long-Term Care
Adam also holds his Certification For Long-Term Care (CLTC®). He completed the certification in honor of his grandmother, Pat, who battled Parkinson’s and Dementia at the end of her life and passed away in 2019. Her situation is one of the primary reasons Adam chose financial planning as a career. It is also the reason long term care is a prominent discussion between Adam and his clients.

- Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®)
- Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®)
- Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®)

Fee & Service Structure
Saubel Financial Group offers holistic financial planning and an array of services and models to fit your needs.
The Architect or the Builder? Comprehensive financial planning can include investment planning, insurance planning, tax planning, retirement planning, education planning, debt/credit planning, and anything else related to finances. All things considered, our process is comparative to building a new house. First, you need to meet with the architect to draw up the blueprints. The same applies to your finances: you need to meet with a professional who will hear your goals and develop your personal financial plan. When you have the blueprints for your home, you’ll next hire a builder to manage your home build. Again, the same concept applies to your finances: you must implement the recommended plan and action steps provided by your professional. At SFG, we can be the architect or the builder, or we can do all of it for you, whatever best fits your needs.
SFG’s Classic Model includes full comprehensive planning along with plan implementation and portfolio management. We charge an Assets Under Management (AUM) fee, a percentage based on the value of your portfolio.
Total Assets Under Management | Maximum Annual Fee |
---|---|
$0 - $250,000 | 1.50% |
$250,001 - $750,000 | 1.25% |
$750,001 - $1,250,000 | 1.00% |
$1,250,001 - $3,000,000 | 0.75% |
$3,000,001 - AND UP | 0.50% |
SFG will not be compensated on the basis of a share of capital gains upon or capital appreciation of the funds or any portion of the funds of the Account. There is no account minimum.
SFG’s fee-based model includes comprehensive financial planning. In this model, SFG acts as the architect in our house-building comparison. We create the plan and you, or another financial professional, implements it.
If you have a portfolio but want a better sense of direction, or a plan in place that outlines your goals and how to reach them, this is a good option for you. We offer fee-based financial planning services on a fixed, flat fee schedule or hourly and can provide a comprehensive plan and review of your complete financial situation.
Fixed Fees: We recommend this model to clients seeking an entire comprehensive financial plan review.
The negotiable fixed fee for creating client financial plans is up to $10,000, paid via check or wire transfer.
These fees are charged in arrears upon completion. If this Agreement is terminated prior to completion of the financial planning services, then Client will be responsible for paying the prorated fee for work completed but unpaid (if any) at the time termination becomes effective.
Hourly Fees: We recommend this model to clients seeking one-off consultations or specific scenario advice.
The negotiable hourly fee for financial planning services is up to $450, paid via check or wire transfer.
These fees are charged in arrears upon completion. If this Agreement is terminated prior to completion of the financial planning services, then Client will be responsible for paying the prorated fee for work completed but unpaid (if any) at the time termination becomes effective.
